Join a three-part freediving workshop with Kateryna Sadurska, held in Warsaw! During this training, you will have the opportunity to:

Participate in a lecture dedicated to the technical aspects of freediving in the DNF (Dynamic No Fins) and CNF (Constant Weight No Fins) disciplines.

Train in a shallow pool to refine your DNF skills under Kateryna’s guidance.

Attend sessions at Deepspot – the deepest pool in Europe – where Kate will focus on CNF, integrating theory with deep-water practice.
This workshop is an excellent opportunity to improve your technique, develop your freediving skills, and gain new experiences under the guidance of CNF world champion Kateryna Sadurska.

SATURDAY 9:00-11:00 – Dry Workshop (2h)
We will begin with a 2-hour dry session combining lecture and practical exercises. Kateryna Sadurska, world champion in no-fins diving, will share her knowledge on DNF and CNF techniques. During this session, you will learn about key aspects of these disciplines, training secrets, and receive valuable tips. You will also have the chance to practice certain elements to better prepare for the upcoming stages of the workshop and develop your freediving skills.
SATURDAY 15:00-18:00 – DNF Shallow Pool (3h)
A workshop in a shallow pool focusing on DNF technique. You will have the opportunity to practice different elements of DNF under Kateryna’s supervision. This is an excellent chance to improve your technique, gain confidence in the water, and learn how to optimize movements and control breathing for smoother, more efficient dives. Limited to 12 participants.
SOLD OUT! SUNDAY – CNF Deepspot (2 sessions)
The workshop concludes with an intensive day at Deepspot, where you will work on your CNF technique. Underwater, Kateryna will help you refine your no-fins diving skills in deep conditions, allowing you to enhance your efficiency in this challenging discipline.
Sessions: 10:30 & 14:30. The pool entrance is included in the price.

Kateryna Sadurska
Kateryna is a Ukrainian athlete, multiple world champion and WR holder. In 2024, she set a new world record in CNF, reaching an impressive depth of 80 meters during the CMAS World Championships in Greece. She is also the Ukrainian record holder in monofin diving, achieving a depth of 103 meters. With her passion and experience, Kateryna is a valued instructor who is eager to share her knowledge and help other freedivers develop their skills.

Who is it for?
The workshop is designed for freedivers of all levels – both those who have just mastered the basics and more experienced divers looking to advance in DNF and CNF disciplines. This is a unique opportunity to improve your freediving skills and achieve better results under the professional and safe guidance of Kateryna Sadurska.

What do you need?
Swimsuit, towel, flip-flops, goggles or mask, nose clip, neck weight, and optionally a wetsuit. During the Sunday session at Deepspot, the pool provides basic equipment such as masks, snorkels, and lanyards, but you can bring your own gear if desired. Note that wetsuits are not allowed at Deepspot.
